Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for Boston residents by partnering with Community Center councils, agencies and businesses to support children, youth, individuals and families through a wide range of comprehensive programs. The Perkins Community Center Adult Learning Program's goal is to provide student-centered adult education classes which help learners meet their education and life goals. Offers a wide array of adult education services including Adult Basic Education (ABE), English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), and General Equivalency Diploma (GED) classes. Evening classes.

BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life) is a community-based, nonprofit organization with a mission to enhance the academic performance, self-esteem and life opportunities of Black and Latino elementary school children living in low-income, urban communities. BELL was founded in 1992 by a group of students at Harvard Law School. Led by Earl Martin Phalen (BELL's current CEO), members of the Harvard Black Law Students Association collaborated with a parent group to develop a tutoring, mentoring and homework-assistance program for children. The success of those initial efforts and the recognition of the dire need for academic support among Black children led to the founding of BELL.

The mission of DotWell is to guarantee high-quality clinical and community services across both sites- addressing health disparities, meeting the complex needs of a changing Dorchester community, and building social capital in and across neighborhoods.

After-school tutoring, counseling, and recreational classes for at-risk youth ages 11 to 18.

Provides educational remediation, computer skills, customer service, and specialization in either office support or medical terminology. Graduates are trained for jobs in customer service, medical billing, and office support. Offers multi-level ESOL classes including citizenship. Morning Classes.
